The Varangur part 3.

I was lucky enough to have this week off work and with no real plans was able to spend quite a bit of time modelling and painting and have now finished enough Varangur to field a 2,000pt list with the help of a few magical items ;o).

Here’s some pics.

first off a Warband Horde made from a mix of Wargames factory Saxons, Keltos Celt’s and a old school Citadel Cyclops.

Next up a troop of Night Raiders, more Keltos models plus a old plastic Heroquest/Battlemaster Chaos bowman.

Another troop next, this time of Reavers, more Wargames Factory here plus some GW stuff.I decided to go for the extra large helmets and weapons after watching Conan the barbarian & destroyer in the week, I love those old 80’s films :o).

And yet more troops, this time Horse Raiders using Wargames Factory Ancient German Cavalry this time with a few added extras. My daughter decided she wanted to paint my horses for me and did a rather nice job me thinks.

Almost there now with next up my Horde of The Fallen.Really happy with theses using LOTR plus Basilea Paladins and loads of bits.

Finally a Jabberwock, the last of my Father’s Day presents, a reaper bones model.

So that’s it, just got to play a game with them now which I’ve got planned for tonight :o).

You’re crankin’ these out like a cranky thing with a paint-brush! Well done mate!
    “Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
    The frumious Bandersnatch!”
Man, he was on some good sh*t!
